Tips From Fans

1. Get a Fast Pass Ticketwdwfast.gif

Take advantage of the Disney World FastPass system. All you need to do is to insert your park admission ticket into the FastPass distribution machine. Magic! You get a coupon with a scheduled time range printed on it. When you return later, you simply join the considerably shorter line at the FastPass entrance for that attraction. Normally the FastPass machines are located very near the entrance for the specific attraction.

2. Islands of Adventure.

The fist attractions that you stumble upon here are The Incredible Hulk and Spiderman. You will notice that these 2 attractions very quickly get a long line. Everyone rushes to the left to get on those rides the minute they pass through the gate. Try something different: instead of going over to the left with the rest of the crowd, go over to the right and head straight to the back of the park where you will discover another great attraction – “Dueling Dragons” which you can have to your self for a little while.

3. Change of Clothingpopeye_and_blutos_bilge-rat_barges_logo.png
If you like wet water rides, then you will totally love Popeye & Bluto’s Bilge-Rat Barges. Make sure that you take a full change of clothing with you as you will get incredibly wet. They do not let you remove your shoes, so if you don’t have a change of clothes and a dry pair of socks and shoes with you, you will be uncomfortable for a long time - despite the hot weather socks and shoes do not get dry.
Remember, once you’re wet, you can’t get much wetter, so go early in the day when there are no lines and ride this one again and again.

4. Buy an Express Pass

universal_express.gifAt Universal you can buy an Express Pass. It costs a bit extra but it is absolutely worth every cent. Let’s face it, standing in 2 hour long lines is a real pain in the butt for every one.

5. Resort Accommodation

Consider staying at one of the 3 Universal Orlando’s on-site hotels. They offer first-rate accommodation at very reasonable prices! You can get to the parks by using the free water taxis. Certainly a much cheaper way of getting around than renting a car! An extra bonus to staying at a resort hotel is that you can beat the lines simply by showing your room key! (Free Universal Express Pass)
